served sliced over a bed of Jamie’s sautéed beet greens, Anson Mills couscous, & manchengo cheese topped
with a cucumber crème
 Italian beef minestrone (gf)
Curry potato (v,gf w/o garnish)
Garnished with buttered croutons
v=vegetarian, g.f.= gluten-free
