Pan seared scallop over local napa cabbage “slaw” with carrots, grape tomatoes, sliced almonds, & crispy wontons
Tossed with a coconut milk vinaigrette
 White vegetable (v,gf)
White bean & sausage chili
v=vegetarian, g.f.= gluten-free
