Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Hand breaded flounder pieces, fried, and served with house made chipotle tartar sauce

Cavatappi pasta with a creamy Peruvian pepper sauce, chopped lobster, rock shrimp, & scallops pieces topped with fresh parmesan

Braised boneless beef short ribs topped with a spicy Korean pepper steak sauce
