Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Local ground beef & short ribs in a chipotle-tomato gravy layered & baked with crumbled cornbread and cheddar cheese

Peruvian Style:  fried flounder filet topped with yuca and a lime-red onion-corn-tomato salsa

Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted croissant with spicy blue cheese onions, mushrooms, bacon slices, and arugula
