New Year's Eve Menu

NYE 2013

A grown up kids menu!
- 65 per person


Croissant grape blue cheese pecans

Tomato Soup

     tomato & crab bisque


Carrot Sticks

       carrot & ginger soup


                               Shrimp Salad, corn tortillas, avocado, heirloom tomatoes, & feta

Salad with Ranch:
              Arugula, dried cherries, pancetta, cornbread croutons, herb & buttermilk dressing

Grilled Cheese:
              Lobster & brie grilled cheese (can be vegetarian), green tomato relish

                               Foie gras pbj, cinnamon bread, rhubarb, almond butter

Meatballs & chips:
                                  Lamb meatballs with oregano, pomegranate yogurt, & potato chips

Fish Sticks & Mac:
                  Pastry wrapped salmon with dill sauce, gouda, & noodle mac, carrots & beets in                                                                    orange sauce

Chicken Nuggets:
       Rice Crispy encrusted tenders with sweet & sour sauce, au gratin collards,                                                    hoppin John’s  salad with molasses dressing

Pizza & Spaghetti:
Duck confit tomato jam, fresh mozzarella, rosemary focaccia, & spaghetti squash
