Peruvian Yellow pepper sauce over local arugula
Served with Peruvian style Salacoa Cauliflower


Quinoa, Kale, and Butternut Squash (v,gf)
Corned beef and White Bean (gf)
v=vegetarian, g.f.=gluten-free
