Monday Night Supper
Includes Entrée Choice, Side Choice, Tonight's Dessert and *61 Cornbread

Entrée Choices

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Crab Pasta
Orchiette pasta sauteed with a crab-cognac cream, oven dried tomatoes, & zucchini-squash ratatouille

Croquette
Lamb & pork cake, fried, and served over baby local lettuce with a warm bacon vinaigrette

Fried Fish
Halibut and flounder hand breaded and fried Peruvian style served with yuca and lime marinated tomatoes, onions, & corn

61 Patty Melt
Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted rye with bacon, tomatoes, caramelized onions, & swiss cheese

Brisket Bake  GF
Braised beef brisket with rice and apple-citrus bbq sauce topped and baked with blue "polenta" and melted smoked gouda cheese

Trout  GF
Pan fried GA Mtn. trout filet topped with a tomato, corn, cucumber salsa
