Monday Night Supper
Includes Entrée Choice, Side Choice, Tonight's Dessert and *61 Cornbread

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Steak "Salad"
Saute of sliced bison hanger steak served over a barley-cucumber salad topped with feta cheese

Duck  Pasta
Cavatappi pasta sauteed with pulled duck confit, cauliflower, shaved brussels sprouts, & carmelized onion herb butter topped with fresh grated mozzarella cheese

Fish Nuggets
Hand breaded and fried wild striped bass served with a lime-cabbage slaw and traditional tartar sauce

61 Burger
Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted croissant with a fried farm egg, smoked gouda cheese, sliced tomato, & bacon

Baked Scallops  GF
Sea scallops and sliced potatoes topped and baked with a parmesan-lime-butter

Brisket Casserole  GF
Braised beef brisket with corn, tomatoes, & rice topped with blue cornmeal and cheddar cheese

Trout  GF
Pan fried GA Mtn. trout filet topped with a citrus arugula dressing and tomato-cucumber "ceviche"
