Monday Night Supper

Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Shepherd's Pie
Local ground beef, sausage, & short ribs in a tomato gravy baked topped with thin sliced potatoes and a cheddar cream sauce

Chicken Stew
Springer Mtn. chicken thighs slow cooked with roasted green tomatoes, white wine, artichokes, & tomatoes served over cornbread

Pan fried flounder topped with a Peruvian pepper, cream, and lobster sauce

Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted croissant with bacon, swiss cheese, red peper mayo, & local arugula
