Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Rock shrimp and curly noodles in a lite tomato-pesto cream sauce with fresh parmesan

Shepherd's Pie
Cheddar scalloped potatoes baked over a mixture of sweet green peas, beef, pork, & pulled duck
