monday night supper menu - 12/7

Monday Night Supper
Includes Entrée Choice, Side Choice, Tonight's Dessert and *61 Cornbread
Entrée Choices

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Seafood Pasta
Orchiette pasta with pesto alfredo, chopped lobster, scallop pieces, & rock shrimp topped with house made grated mozzarella cheese

Fried filet topped with a tangy Peruvian pepper, red bean, onion, & carrot ragout

Shepherd's Pie
Ground lamb in a mushroom sauce topped and baked with potato mash and cheddar cheese

Pork Risotto
Diced and fried pork, brats pieces, rice, sweet potatoes, black beans, & parmesan cheese topped with crumbled proscuitto

Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted sourdough with caramelized onions, chopped bacon, melted provolone, & chipotle mayo
