Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Shrimp Pasta
Rock shrimp with cavatelli noodles, spaghetti squash, & pesto parmesan cream sauce

Creamy chicken and pork with carrots, onions, & celery baked with a biscuit and local sausage crust

Parmesan Style:  fried filet topped with housemade tomato sauce and melted provolone cheese
