Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Steak Pasta
Mushroom, ricotta, & meat lasagna casserole topped with sauteed sliced local steak in tomato vodka sauce

Scalloped potatoes baked over a mixture of sliced lamb tenderloin with cream-red wine gravy, pearl onions, & chopped braising greens

Seafood Crepe
Savory crepe quarter stuffed with lump crab, herbs, and ricotta stuffed with a saute of rock shrimp and chopped lobster in a white wine cream sauce

61 Burger
Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted croissant with blue cheese onions, chopped bacon, local arugula, & herbed mayo
