Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Fried pork and fresh bacon served with lime marinated onions over a house made buttermilk biscuit and mustard gravy

Hand breaded and fried flounder and tile fish fingers served with Victor's traditional tartar sauce
