Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Shrimp  Gumbo *
Rock shrimp in a traditional gumbo sauce with sweet peppers, tomatoes, and celery served over white rice

Veggie Pasta
Local zucchini, patty pan, & yellow squash with garlic roasted grape tomatoes, and campanelle pasta topped with fresh grated mozz

61 Burger
Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on herbed ciabatta with sliced local tomatoes, melted provolone, chopped roasted red peppers, romaine, and a pamesan mayo

Hand breaded grouper nuggets served over a bed of raw napa cabbage topped with a spicy chipotle sour cream
