Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Campanelle pasta with a 3-cheese alfredo, local kale, zucchini, squash, & roasted cherry tomatoes

Ground beef, diced lamb, & pulled duck in a tomato-red wine sauce with local sweet peppers over cornbread

Cornmeal breaded fried monkfish nuggets with Victor's tartar sauce
