Monday Night Supper
Includes Entrée Choice, Side Choice, Tonight's Dessert and *61 Cornbread
Entrée Choices
Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Shrimp  Pasta *
Pasta sautéed with rock shrimp,  local leek butter,  okra, & baby heirloom tomatoes topped with herbed mozz

Fish & Seafood Marinara  *
Fried tile fish filet topped with Victor's marinara with clams, lump crab, & scallop pieces

61 Burger
Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted ciabatta with sliced local tomatoes, chopped bacon, swiss cheese, and a shiitake mushroom-carmelized onion mayo

Sliced pork bratwursts with a beer-mustard gravy served over tomato & cheddar toast

Pulled duck with ground sausage, corn, black eyed peas, rice, & a warm bacon vinaigrette over local raw kale

Chopped beef brisket baked in an individual casserole dish with red wine jus, broccoli-parnip puree, & a millet-sweet pea crumble
