Monday Night Supper

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Chicken Pasta *
Campanelle pasta with chicken, white wine mustard cream, caramelized onions, & mushrooms

Fish Fingers  *
Fried flounder and halibut filet pieces served with Victor's traditional tartar sauce

61 Burger
Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted croissant with melted swiss, bacon, sliced local tomato, bibb lettuce, & mayo

Kale Caesar & Flatbread
Chopped local kale tossed with 61 caesar dressing & local heirloom tomatoes served over toasted house flat bread

Cold wrap of local chopped beef brisket with rice, napa cabbage, sweet peppersw, & sriracha wrapped in a flour tortilla with a black bean dip

Local ground beef and pork in a tomato sauce topped and baked with squash, beans, & cheddar

Shrimp, clams, & scallops baked with rice and  a creamy white wine-tomato sauce topped with fresh grated mozz
