Monday Night Supper

Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Campanelle pasta sautéed with local kale pesto,  heirloom tomatoes, & parmesan

Sliced lamb, beef, & veal in a flour tortilla with bok choy, black beans, red onions, & cheddar cheese with a roasted pepper sour cream
