Monday Night Supper
Includes Entrée Choice, Side Choice, Tonight's Dessert and *61 Biscuit
Entrée Choices
Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Veggie Pasta
Campanelle pasta with spinach, kale, zucchini, squash, grape tomatoes, olive oil, and parmesan

Lamb, veal, & beef sauteed in a sweet soy sauce with rice and black beans wrapped in a flour tortilla

Shepherd's Pie
Brisket, ground beef, & tasso ham with gorgonzola topped and baked with parsnip-broccoli-zucchini mash and bread crumbs

Hand crafted Farm Fresh burger served on toasted croissant with a spicy bacon & peach jam, GA tomme cheese, and an arugula mayo

Pan fried flounder filet topped with lime marinated onions, tomatoes, corn, cilantro,  & fried yuca
