1st Course:  Soup
·         Easter vegetable soup
·         Crab & lobster chowder

2nd Course:  Salad
·         Beet deviled egg, cured meat, crostini
·         Kale salad

Main Course
Each selection served with local grits & greens soufflé

·         Ham, sausage gravy, scramble
·         Lamb, mint sauce, quail egg, sweet potato hash
·         Trout cake, hollandaise, tomato salad

Dessert
Strawberry rhubarb ambrosia with sweet shortcake
