Monday Night Supper

61 Burger
Farm Fresh hand crafted burger on toasted croissant with sliced yellow tomatoes, mushrooms, swiss cheese, mayo, & local baby spinach

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Beef Stew
Peruvian style:  slow-cooked local beef in a cilantro sauce with roasted red peppers, potatoes, & carrots over white rice

Country fried flat iron pork steak served over a casserole of squash, tomatillos, & cheddar topped with  tomato gravy  

Lamb & chicken blended and formed into a cake, dredged in breadcrumbs, & fried served topped with a sausage cream gravy

Seafood Chowder gf
Lobster, clams, scallops, calamari, potatoes, & corn in a creamy chowder topped with a pan fried fish filet

GA Mtn. trout filet pan fried and topped with a warm local tomato & basil jam
