Farm Fresh hand crafted burger served open faced on toasted sourdough topped with artichoke, spinach cream, roasted red peppers, & gruyere cheese

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Trout gf
Pan fried filet of GA Mtn. trout topped with local tomato, kalamata olive, and caper butter

Seafood gf
Mussels, shrimp, and calamari sautéed in a white wine tomato broth topped with a pan fried petite flounder filet

Baked Scallops gf
Sea scallops baked over a bed of roasted spaghetti squash topped with parmesan lime butter

Rock shrimp sautéed in  a basil cream with angel hair pasta, chives, & parmesan

Shepherd’s Pie
Hand crafted meatloaf pieces topped with tomato gravy, yukon gold mash, & cheddar cheese baked in an individual casserole dish

Shredded local beef in tomato-red wine sauce served over a risotto primavera casserole

Slow-cooked pork, lamb,  beef, and sweet potatoes  in a red wine “gravy” served over bread stuffing
