61 Burger
Farm Fresh hand crafted burger on toasted ciabatta with house made pimento cheese spread, sliced tomato, bacon, & local kale

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Skate Wing
Pan fried, bread crumb encrusted skate wing topped with a lightly curried tomato & kalamata olive sauce

Fish Duo
Cornmeal breaded grouper pieces and crispy fried flounder pieces served with Victor’s tartar sauce

Croquette
Fried cake of a blended mixture of lamb, local chicken, & duck  served over local arugula with a bacon-cream gravy

Baked Pasta
Orchiette pasta tossed with tomato vodka sauce, ricotta, spinach, fresh basil, mushrooms, & grated mozz

Steak Sauté gf
Local sliced steak sautéed in sweet pepper oil served over local southwestern style black beans with sweet potato crisps

A stew of GA shrimp and calamari with a white wine cream & yellow Peruvian peppers  served topped with parmesan and chopped chives

Pan fried filet of GA Mtn. trout topped with Ceebee’s meyer lemon butter
