Farm Fresh house made patty on toasted ciabatta with sliced fresh mozzarella, local heirloom tomatoes & basil pesto

Buffalo Chicken Tenders  
Hand breaded chicken  tenders fried  & tossed in 61 hot sauce served with carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch dressing

Shrimp & Rice GF
Sautéed GA shrimp with a creamy peruvian yellow pepper sauce over white rice

Chicken & Rabbit Casserole GF
Pulled local chicken & rabbit with local purple beans baked in a white wine cream with Tilamook cheddar with crispy polenta

Farm Fresh bratwurst pieces sautéed served over a warm slaw of purple cabbage & white beans with a spicy mustard drizzle
