Slow-roasted sliced local beef brisket topped with horseradish gravy served with chanterelle & local potato gratin and sautéed haricot vert
Chilled black bean with green tomato sour cream (v, gf)
Reuben soup (gf w/o garnish)
v=vegetarian, g.f.= gluten-free
