Monday Night Supper

61 Chicken Melt
House made chicken croquette & sliced tomato topped w/ sausage pepper gravy served open-faced on a toasted English muffin

GA Mtn. Trout gf
Pan fried GA Mtn. trout filet topped roasted grape tomato & garlic sauce

Buffalo Chicken Duo
3 Hand breaded chicken tenders & 1 whole wing tossed in 61 hot sauce served w/ carrots, celery, & blue cheese or ranch

Shepherds Pie gf
Local beef brisket, red wine mushrooms, steak sauce, lima beans, & potatoes layered & baked in an individual casserole dish

Shrimp Florentine gf
Baked GA shrimp w/ creamy chevre sauce, mushrooms, spinach, & tomatoes

Mahi “Stew” gf
Slow-cooked white beans, kale, calico scallops, & clams topped w/ a petite mahi-mahi filet

Egg noodles tossed w/ lima beans, kale, roasted red peppers, &
a light gouda cream sauce
