Local red potatoes & Georgia shrimp marinated in white wine & basil with Kalamata olives, Roy’s feta, and house made banana pepper rings over varied local lettuces

Chilled local zucchini (v, gf)
Beef minestrone
v=vegetarian, g.f.=gluten-free
